A good letter from dad

 We tried to buy a place for our family! Dad wrote this letter. I like it;) we did not get this particular house but we will keep searching.

Dear Mr. &&&,

        Our names are Lily and Matt. We are newlyweds who started our little family during the pandemic when we had our son, a lovely baby boy named Max, in April. The two of us  have moved to and from many apartments so when we found each other we knew we had to find our own place to grow our family and make our memories.

        We’ve been looking for just such a verdant, tree lined neighborhood, where we can put down roots of our own. We were enchanted by the spacious floor plan and loved your description of the community. We have started picturing ourselves on walks with the dog (an aussie shepherd mix named Higgs), having family gatherings in the backyard, and playing board games in the living room. I hope to someday teach my son the art of fencing, a passion of mine, in the backyard and we hope to bring home another baby boy or girl too, just like you did.

We can see the work and love you have put in this house.  We hope to create more beautiful memories here and to continue the tradition of care you have had for it in the years to come.
